When you are maintaining this diet for the first 17 days, then you can lose almost 4 to 5 kgs of weight. This can be done in 4 different processes. These are given below:
- Cycle 1 of the 17-day diet can increase the protein consumption rate in you.
- It can easily improve your digestive health.
- The diet chart that is provided during cycle 1, it has some special kinds of food. This food enables you to reduce the sugar element in your body.
- Lastly, your body can be free of toxins during this cycle. This can help you to increase the metabolism rate as the toxins have a great impact on the metabolism system in your body.
In the diet chart, there are no limits to protein consumption. You can have as much protein as you want. But there is an accelerated food list from where you need to choose the vegetables.
